So many people asked if it was available to take home that it only made sense to take his perfectly balanced recipe that he spent years obsessing over - as one might a classic car or a ship-in-a-bottle - and make it available to the public.  PhD Phoods Jerk Chicken Marinade created such a following that Phil decided to build on that success and release another one of his master recupes, the one-of-a-king PhD Phoods Bloody Mary Extract.  Developed over countless Sundays, this versatile Bloody Mary Extract puts his customers in control, allowing them to make a single cocktail or up to three quarts of Bloody Mary mix from bottle of extract... AND the extract can also be used as a killer tri-tip marinaded or even a chili seasoning.  That's smart stuff and PhD Phoods is all about keeping things smart.  We've got highly educated tastes!
